Ixevim sent his reply to all the group, Even Lady Romaine. "Heinrich, What should I do? When I'll start projecting fearsome images, you should all be ready. While the telepathic power I use now is like whispering in a human's ear that projections would be like screaming to the top of your lungs...

Path of the Necromancer A path for one who uses necromancy without giving a thought to the consequences. I have a different path for those. 1st: The prime requisite ability (int for wizards, cha for sorcerers) for spells only is considered increased by 2. For example a character with 16 intelligenc...

Hey! Most of these templates are evil!
I would suggest a genasi. Not a dread elemental genasi, but a simple genasi.
Or better yet a template that you would figure out with the help of the player.
What about a half- fey?

Impressing! It is a very nice trap. While the name Vecna could make most 5-7th level players quirk an eybrow and believe they are 1.overmatched by the traps that they will encounter 2. the local bard has drunk too much wine and a 12th - 13th level party will have the means to find the truth (legend ...

Ixevim can feel Nostalia's shock and a bit of fear in her. She doesn't try to mask these emotions from him (If she did, he wouldn't have sensed her emotions with his telepathic powers, he would have to read her thoughts, but that would probably be dangerous). "There is no need for you to be afr...

OOC> Ixevim is protected with a mage armor and a protection from arrows. IC. Ixevim looks at the masked woman with distaste. A woman immitating a mind flayer! Playing to be something she doesn't even comprehend. He mentally checks his thralls and finding everything all right, activates his levitatin...

HA ! ! !

As I have predicted, I found a dragon magazine (the one with the Mordenkainen's art of war) that has feats that according to bloodline, give sorcerers an extra spell/ spell lvl!

 You're right.
Ahem, I just didn't thought about it. Also the wand is much more practical than the scroll. Although it can be stolen more easily.
In fact, when I create NPC wizards, I give them wands of mage armor, not a whole bookcase of scrolls.

What will be QtR XII subject?

Shouldn't we start talking about it?
Since Libris Mortis and Van Richten's Guide to the walking dead are out, I propose a netbook devoted to UNDEAD.

PS. About the 40 spells. I also rule that "enough is enough". 5 or 6 scrolls in a day is reasonable, but come on now, how much "dried blood of a turtle, mixed with the rust of a plate armor" can be found in a town of 1200 people?

The 3.0 Player's Handbook states that scribing a scroll takes one (1) day for each 1,000 gp in its base price. And the 3.5 PHB states that too. So a 1st lvl scroll, with a market price of 25 gp, would take 1/40 of a day. So in a day you could scribe 40 such scrolls, spending 500 gp in special ink, ...

No, no, no. Potions and scrolls don't negate the need for spell slots. After all, scrolls or potions take an entire day to make. Scrolls Don't take a whole day to scribe ! The rules specify that potions need a day to be brewed, but say nothing on scrolls! That means that a wizard with 500 gold piec...
