I like Strategy games, so I very often play D&D battles with thousands of participants in each side. It isn't very difficult. A campaign I DMed recently, was mainly in a island where skirmishes and battles were almost everyday aspects. Goblinoids attacked orcs, orcs attacked orcs, both attacked ...

OOC> Is Ixevim with the group next to the storage room, or he has taken a slightly different way and is now hidden and invisible out of the ball room, looking in from the Glass? This was the initial plan, but now I prefer to have a more active role in the situation than hanging invisible outside dir...

Of course the argument is...but invisibility is really good...or hold person is really good...it is true...but you can't have all the spells let alone memorize them all (esp if you're a general wizard). 1. You can make scrolls if all your spells easily. 2. With a research taking 1 week/ spell level...

Ixevim nods his agreement. He quickly scans the faces of his comrades just touching their thoughts (not reading them) to see if someone has something to hide.
Ixevim wouldn't feel surprised if Lord Pieter was waiting for them fully prepared and informed.

Is there a general article where we submit feys? I have made a fey but it is a single fey type, not a complete article.

Also what about the article of the wizard Vastinus? I haven't recieved any notice yet.

The specialist wizard

Necromancy, Illusion and Enchantment contain most of my favourite spells, but I like all the schools and they all contain spells I like to use all the time. I continue from the Sorcerer Thread : I agree that sacrificing two schools entirely (in my campaigns and in my opinion) is too much for just a...

What age should we stop playing Ravenloft

What do you think? A group of middle aged men with graying hair that plays Ravenloft is an abominable thing? Are they freaks? Have no lives? Do the right thing?

Now, that being said, fans across the web and at conventions have been pleading for modules, so I know of an upcoming product that will help address this need. I don't know much more about it, so I can't say much more. And also in this very site, there is the "A calling from Verbek". It s...

I think that Sorcerers would have d6 for hit points and access to feats that give them more spells known. This type of feats make the character deeper. For example a player playing a man that found he is able to use magic because he was gifted somehow from the fey, or one in his family was consortin...

"Who? Is this man a legend? I haven't heard of him." Ixevim says. "I'll be hiding outside the room invisible, so I don't need any special disguise. Artemis I'm sure could cast a very simple spell to change his appearence for as much as we need, and Kimuriel can turn invisible." O...

Ixevim turns his blank eyes to watch the mercenary. "What is Kimuriel's talents are my inherent nature Heinrich. However, the real surprise for them will probably be Nostalia."

Ixevim while waiting for Artemis decided to not tell anything to the others. Perhaps he would tell Kimuriel about the disappearence later. As Ixevim sensed Artemis approaching, he started sending them a telepathic report. "The meeting is very important. Outsider travellers will be there concern...
