A mesh armor overlay consisting of electromagnets connected to a limited duration capacitor. :D Oh, I like that! :D YES. If she ever casts a weapon augmentation infusion without it involving a backpack-mounted modular steam engine or something powered by electric eels, then I'm doing something wron...

My suggestion is to not necessarily add more proper languages, but instead establish pidgins, creoles, and dialects . Those things aren't emphasized much in most settings, despite being quite common and important in the real world. To add onto this, try going for smaller, lesser known cousins of th...

In my current campaign, one of my players is playing a human artificer, and it's working out extremely well. I've allowed him to take the technology feats from the World of Warcraft Campaign Book, so he runs a bit more on the technological/steampunk side of things, which fits the character pretty we...

I know what you mean, Huntress. I too had one or two submissions cut from the get go over nothing more than a poor choice of words. Oh, agreed. After I looked over Newumberland again, after the judges' reviews, I saw several errors which I really shouldn't caught the first run through... particular...

Well... that could be a little tricky, as according to Wolf's original schedule, the next one is the domain's stat block, consisting of, if I do recall correctly: Cultural Level: Ecology: Climate/Terrain: Population Main Settlements: Races: Languages: Religion: Government: Ruler: Darklord: Currency:...

I think part of what makes Ravenloft Ravenloft is it's unique nature as an amorphous planar blob that can and will suck up peoples, places, and things from anywhere and anywhen. That's the way it was first explained to me, and that's what really stuck. If they wanted to, the Mists can find you no ma...

I think that this should be as system-neutral as possible... Ravenloft is more about the stories than the systems used to run these stories, right? So we should focus on making the setting first, then work on making the rules fit, rather than trying to build a setting to fit those rules. I agree wit...

While G'Henna is a neat domain with some decent potential , particularly if we shoved it back into the core where it used to be, and Avonleigh and Necropolis can both work if we're doing to the 4E planar structure (examples of domains in Ravenloft's Feywild and Shadowfell respectively)... I have to ...

If I recall correctly, it's omni-system.. whatever systems the contributors support. WolfKook had said that it's supposed to be as system-neutral as possible, with contributors giving stats and rules for the systems they themselves support. At the moment, I think it's 4th, 3.5, and Pathfinder... tho...
