Re: Rokushima Taiyō Atlas [Pathfinder First Edition]

That would be an incredible help, thank you.
I still want to translate it, but right now Real Life is giving me one hell of a time. I think I'd need another full lockdown in Italy to do so (I'M JOKING PLEASE DON'T  ).

Re: Rokushima Taiyō Atlas [Pathfinder First Edition]

Hi everyone! Sorry I disappeared, Real Life took its toll. I’m sorry the link died. Thank you Mischief for covering for me! Does any one know what creature Jiānding was trying to turn into, the page number indicates a winterwight, but my translation indicates a "voracious " whatever that i...

Re: Rokushima Taiyō Atlas [Pathfinder First Edition]

We're not asking you to do all the work, this is a community after all. We'll handle the translations, somehow. If only I had taken Italian instead of Chinese in college... Ok, that makes everything a bit more feasible. As soon as I finish the other translation I'm working on (the italian translati...

Re: Rokushima Taiyō Atlas [Pathfinder First Edition]

I can't read a bit of it, but looks great. Heck, translate it we could add this to the fraternity netbooks. I'm afraid it would be a bit hard and also a bit of a problem, since I'm not a native speaker. Also, I'm currently finishing some other translations (the quarantine is helping, actually :?), ...

Uh.

This is embarrassing, but... uh...
I noticed this thread too late.

I actually posted a HUGE atlas I made for Rokushima Taiyō here.

Rokushima Taiyō Atlas [Pathfinder First Edition]

Hi everybody, Haven't posted in a while, but my spirit lurked in the forum from time to time. I came back to submit to the community the result of a long overdue work I completed a few months ago. :) Almost ten years ago I started imagining a Ravenloft campaign set in the domain of Rokushima Taiyō. ...

Hmmm... It was a Ravenloft Campaign Setting (3E) in a discount bin at a comicconvention in Milano.

Fell in love with it as soon as I read it. It was... 22st of March, 2002.
...
Yes, I remember the precise date. NO, I'm not that sick. It was a serie of coincidences. :D

DS, I don't think that paizo minds if anyone converts Ravenloft material to Pathfinder rules. Isn't Pathfinder OGL ? The problem with publishing conversions normally is with the owner of the stuff to be converted. I was pretty certain that's the case, but not 100%... hadn't actually read if Pathfin...

I rewritted Markovia a few years ago for my first RL campaign, describing what happened after the events of Neither Man nor Beast. I fear there would be something not quite ravenloft-ish (Markovia divided between Markov, a kaorti and a runic guardian...), but... Would you be interested?

Why not? I had it sent to a printer, and with a nice color cover and back, bounded and printed back to back. Final cost about 28$ can. As many said, the visual quality of this book is better than many official product, so it was worth it :) Joël *Sigh* Here in Italy, printing is an expensive affair...

A great job, especially on the Drowning Deep: the abyssal survey had a distinct Lovecraftian feel, from the madman's writings to poor Durac vanishing under the waves. My "Innsmouth-ish" town set in Dementlieu will surely convert from Dagon to Virundus! ;) ...I only have a complain: there's...

Some of the Pathfinder rules (i.e. Polymorph) are good and should be borrowed, but mostly it complicates everything with a huge list of class powers, specialization powers for wizards, sorcerer bloodlines, barbarian rage powers... It's quite a mes, it needs a lot of polishing. Honestly, I don't fee...

About pathfinder : From what I have heard so far, pathfinder is an updated 3.5 with some, but not many differences. From what I have heard, I prefer original 3.5 to buying Pathfinder rules . After all, I have the free pathfinder alpha rules. So thank you, I'll keep my money. :) Pathfinder IMO is an...
