The most remarkable thing about this spammer is... Runescape is still a thing? Wowzer, I feel young again!

Re: The Halls of Medeia - OOC
Okay, guys, Ail and I talked, and I am in. Will take a while longer until my character is ready, but I'll be lurking over the next week or so, to see what's best to play.

Re: Silent Hill style horror in a Ravenloft game?
Posted something about a "Silent Hill"-style D&D campaign over here, a while ago: http://blackmoor.mystara.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=76&t=8208 From a DM's perspective, I don't think SH is really that complicated; it's basically a city with a planar nexus at its core - or rather, i...

Re: Players seeking PbP Games / PbP DMs seeking players
Let it be known that I am looking for a spot in a slow-paced Ravenloft game, inside these - our - unhallowed halls.
I don't mind the nature of the game, and I wouldn't have a problem to enter as a replacement/resume an abandoned character, if necessary.

Hey, Mr Raynor! How's the bookshop-haunting going on these days?Ryan Naylor wrote:Which was the solid vampire movie?
I actually found "Dracula Untold" to be pretty decent, actually!

Boy, have WE grown old! :)
*Points at date of joining.* Six girlfriends, five cities, four versions of Windows, three mobile phones, two fridges, and just one solid vampire movie. THAT is how long we know each other, gents and lassies! Ten years after I registered here to valiantly build a Poe netbook that, foreseeably enough...

Re: Con-fit scenarios for RL or MotRD?
Yeah, "The Sea Wolf" looked pretty much what I was looking for. I'll likely use it as a prep-adventure, that I keep in my bag in case the NML game doesn't go as planned. :lucas: Overall, I realized, over the last few weeks, good - and at the same time, short - horror adventures are a real ...

Re: Con-fit scenarios for RL or MotRD?
In case you wondered what I would pick: Looks like I will tap a local con host to run adventures in "The Nightmare Lands" on three consecutive days. Normally, these mini-adventures would be way too long, but using the NMLs as a basic scenario, and throwing players in and out, that should w...

Not "Sleepy Hollow" or "Army of God" Christopher Walken, of course. More like "Weapon of Choice" Christopher Walken:

Re: 5e announced!
That's where I am less optimistic, at least for the immediate future: First, the Dragonlance RPG books by MWP constitute pretty much the dream run on the setting (with the notable exceptiion of Taladas), and second, the setting itself was approaching a dead end pretty fast, with - slight spoilers ah...
