Why would they turn the Gentleman Caller into just "the Caller"? I know the concept of a 'gentleman caller' may not be part of the cool young kids' vocabulary, but I wonder whether this is indicative of more than a desire to make the fiend sound dangerous and cool. Just a shot in the dark...
