Here's sessions 98 to 102. All those five game sessions are covering the exploration of the deadly Pact Stone pyramid.

It was a lot of fun for the DM as well as the PCs.

The 2e era RPGA adventures have an unclear status as far as copyright goes. That is why they never were made available by WotC for download.
