Few thoughts here... I see Monette, based on his treatment of his crew, his refusal to cry out when being tortured, and the fact that he becomes weak and helpless if he tries leaving the island....as a man that detest weakness (in himself or others). He probably prizes a clean and orderly ship. If I...

Ships: The White Lady- On the West side of the island, there lies a wooden vessel that has become wedged between two sharp outcroppings of rock. The vessel is made of a blackish wood and has elaborate carvings all along its surface, depicting fantastic and unearthly scenes and peoples. The vessel is...

On the skull: The mystery of the skull that serves as a light for the lighthouse needs, I think, more exploration. If it was enchanted through a means other than the DP, then that of course needs some explaining. If it DOES come from the DP, the question becomes WHY? Granted, the DP do strange thing...

Hmmm....I like this idea a lot! Lemme see.... One excellent reason I can see (in a metagame sense) for monasteries is an excuse to have clerics of one faith born in domains dominated by another. Want to be from Hazlan yet worship Ezra? Cool. Pop in a monastery hidden in the hills. I suppose I believ...

Some additional thoughts: 1. As the light of the lighthouse has been known to venture to other planes, perhaps it has called more than just ships? Perhaps something more otherworldly, from other planes? Not suggesting adding more fiends to our list, just something truly out there. Perhaps a sea mons...

A few questions I've got- Where does the name L'ile de la Tempete come from? Is it the name Monette gave to the island? Or was it named by someone else (perhaps parties from Mordent or Dementlieu?)? Was not this domain originally in the Sea of Sorrows? Granted, this is hardly the first time RL has s...

Okay, at the risk of blatantly ripping off a classic, here's an adventure idea that I invite you to take wholesale or pick apart for the pieces you like. There are many tales of warning concerning the Isle of Ravens and its mysterious mistress. Not all follow the tale of woe sung by castaways, sole ...
