We should probably acknowledge that D&D healing is bonkers in general. It makes no logical sense that a Potion of Healing that completely restored a near-dead commoner would barely heal a scratch on a high-level fighter. But here we are.

A DM can absolutely rule that those spells would be sufficient in their game. True Resurrection is the only spell that lists replacing injured or missing internal organs among its effects. Wish could arguably do the same thing, while Regenerate, though technically only restoring missing limbs, might be stretched to permit it by a sufficiently generous DM.
