I might suggest something similar to this. Her hand matching the one that she assaulted, becomes unbreakable. I might give her hand DR 1/- or maybe the ability to ignore the first 5 points of hardness. Basically, her one hand becomes a weapon but slowly becomes inhuman. This is good too. Giving DR ...

I think that's a little harsh-a +2/-2 or +1/-1 seems a bit fairer to me for a first failure. It could eventually lead to getting a Barbarian's Rage ability or turning into a werewolf(After all, what's more loyal than a dog?) I... I... I am astonished. A Weredog? Hmmm... *starts thinking the Path of...

Well, it seems like her sin was turning her grief into sadistic vengence... Hrm. What about a small competance bonus to attacks or aimed techniques whenever a member of the party is wounded? Fluff wise, her friends being endangered heighten her senses, allowing the monk to make more painfully accur...

Help with Power Checks
Hi to all, Last session, one of my PC... Well, she failed her first Powers Check. This is the PC (let me dig her description from an old thread...) : Iris Syl Faier (femeale kamii half vistani monk 7, LG) This girl is proof that Darkon is a cosmopolite kingdom: she is the daughter of a mortu Vistani...

Sine Requie Anno XIII
Sine Requie Anno XIII by Matteo Cortini and Leonardo Moretti, published by Asterion Press. http://i3.ebayimg.com/02/i/000/c2/90/5943_1.JPG On the 6 of June, 1944, the world was about to be freed from the horrors of Nazism. This never happened. When the American troops landed in Normandy, the Judgem...

Best of all, the mortal knows next to nothing about true Duels. The prowrie can make up the most ridiculous rules it can imagine, and all it has to do is keep from cracking up while the mortal struggles to comply. And when it’s had its way with the fool mortal, it can just squash the insect like it...

Arak Laws of dueling, eh? 1) First and foremost, the challenger of the duel must provide an appropriate time and location for the duel. Time and place are very important for duels, for if even the slightest element of ambiance is disrupted, the entire duel is declared null and void. Suitable locati...

I agree with Rotipher, Valachan already has a native panther population so it has the capablity of coping with a big cat in its ecosystem. So the worst that would happen is that you could introduce several large panther hybrids down the line in your campaign. Actually, according to Gaz IV , Valacha...

I would guess that it'd cost 600 gp to feed the tiger, probably another 400 gp to get an animal trainer to go there and back (part hiring the trainer, part getting him aboard as a passenger on two trips, part convincing the trainer), then there's also actual shipping cost, which would undoubtedly i...

I don't have resources handy to me but first find out how long the trip would take, how it's being transported, taxes, feed cost, handler fees, support fees and any other applicable costs. 1,000 seems like not quite enough to me. Really? 1000 gp is A LOT of money, especially from the perspective of...

A lot, and if you really want to be cruel you can have the tiger get sick on the way and present them with a decaying corpse and a large bill. If they are serious the best way would be to try the Vistani. Hmmm... I was thinking about the Carlyle Shipping Company. The problem is, it was the Vistani ...

Shipping costs
Hi to all,
Let's say you want to send a tiger from Neblus to Sri Raji via merchant ship (with a mid-level animal trainer to keep it calm), ship departing from Martira Bay. How much would that cost to my players?

No, I'm not joking.

How to duel with a powrie
Hi to all, last friday, my PCs decided to challenge a powrie (called Baron Viscera) who lives in the old house of one of the PCs, along with his coterie of folkloric fey kobolds. The powrie is a half-mad assassin and thief (male powrie assassin 3/shadowdancer 3, CE), and his cohorts (folkloric fey k...
