If, then I would use the I modules for a GE campaign, set somewhere in Transylvania (Mordentul... :D ), such a fever dream scenario would be really interesting, as I still have the *The Nightmare Lands Box* here unplayed... OMG! I am just planning a new RL campign... And my current one has not even ...

Are we really so few?

But where's the rest?

....

I mean there are a lot of other boards out there, but isn't the Café still the centre of RL players?

Thank you all! I read I10 a while ago and found it *chaotic*, but not essentially bad. About I6 now, I know only the *main plot*. (I played the NWN module and found it quite interesting.) Now, it seems that they were not meant to be combined, as I read your posts here. Naybe it would even be fun to ...

 Matthias?! David!? Thomas?! *OMG one of my players has silently been browsing these boards and will now tell everyone what a dorky DM I am* :? :? :? * I should tell that my group consists of an obviously mentally deranged Druid (Fav Quote: *What!? I can't learn the fireball spell?!- Then how...

Remember, people who read these boards represent a very distinct and biased minority of RL consumers: the hardcore fans. A poll here may not reflect the sentiments of all people who buy Ravenloft. Are we really the minority of the RL community? - I mean ,seriously, that with book sales of about 300...

I never give my players maps or any local help. They're (normally) low level adventurers of common people origins, which in Ravenloft means that they have left a seclusive and isolated life. I let them experience the distances for themselves, in their heads. Besides, they're usally far too frightene...

:D Thank you! *I had something liek this in mind, but the 3e book isn't to clear about it, so... I just wanted to have a clear picture of the situation in my mind when I play.* IMC, the mists are virtually everywhere, and the realms are isolated from each other, but I had the memory that this wasn't...

A question about the border mists

Hello, There is one thing I never quite understood about the mists: When I cross the border from on core domain to other, do I actually land in the neighbour domain, or is it possible to land *virtually* everywhere... Actually, my group never crossed a border until now, so I didn't have to care abou...

I6 and I10

Hello, As I am currently looking for I6 or the 2e variant *House of Strahd*, I wonder if it is possible to patch it together with I10 into a longer campaign. ----------------------- :x Of course it is, but were those two modules meant to be combined originally? *Would be a nice Halloween game for my...

*Having read only the last post* I think it would fit without a problem. (No blasphemy ) Just place Mordent somewhere in Eastern Europe, at best in Transylvania, as there is a great Guide by Nicky Rea out there, and make Strahd an ally of Dracula. *Kaboom!* Potential for a great campaign, IMO....

They have asked once or twice on the Wizard board and talked to the fans. And it is a little early in the game to be knocking a book months from release with such little information available on it. There are some good people working on it, have faith. Of course. Nicky Rea is my favourite RPG autho...

As I said, don't do the TSR error... you have supplied us with excellent material, in part, much better than the official material, IMO, but as a gamer that only plays one or two time s a month, I personally must say that I have far more material than I can use at the moment. While I am still checki...

Thank you, Scs. :soth: It's not that I was offically forbidden, it's more like a mutaul agreement that I won't buy there again... I was a a loyal customer for them a long time, but then they started to get messy and to *forget* what I had ordered. *Given that those things were not particularly cheap...

Seriously, this is some kind of behaviour I don't quite understand... RL being a niche market mainly adressed to us small bunch of dedicated mist-dwellers, why don't they just ask US what kind of projects WE would like to see? *A Poll on these boards and no problem ever again.* - I mean, I still rel...
