Quoth the Raven 13

Hello boils and ghouls,

Spring has sprung!
The nightshade is blooming, Dru is doing her bunny dance, and Socko emerges from his crusty cocoon as a slightly more disgusting sock.

In celebration, we are taking submissions for Quoth the Raven, our unofficial netbook for Ravenloft and Gothic Earth.
Fans of the site will remember this book as the Ravenloft community’s efforts to share new ideas and keep our favorite setting undead and kicking.

We’re looking for anything you wish to send; including but not limited to adventures, monsters, NPCs and essays on any subject related to Ravenloft, Masque of the Red Death or Dungeons and Dragons.

In recognition of our lucky thirteenth issue, this books theme will be Superstitions and Curses. As always, we will accept articles written on any subject, but those pertaining to the theme will receive special attention.

Submissions are due by May 13th. Extra time can be arranged for those who require it, provided they notify the Fraternity ahead of time. All members of the Fraternity (not to mention the message board community) will be happy to assist you in your work.

We can’t wait to receive your work!

Hey Scs,

I've already posted his stats and stuff on the Frat, but would I be able to submit my 3e stuff on the Headless Horseman?

Cursed to chase after his head....Superstition about his road...he might fit...

Make it into an article and send it in.

Remember:
It doesn't have to follow the theme - the theme is just a suggestion
We accept anything!

Please note that we will accept anything, up to and including everything. Anything does not including nothing, but may possibly include something. Offer void in Brazil.

If Jester is still in, we were thinking about an article on horoscopes and the like.

Jester? are you still in? PM or MSN me if you are.

I may also need some time. I'm waiting for input from another person before I write the text and I'm clobbered by other things in Real Life.

:D Nice, now I have a place to send my:

- Nude pictures of the three hags in alluring poses.
- list of the dishes broken in the taverns of the Core in the past decade, classified by tavern.
- collection of hair from all living rats in Strahd's basement.

A little more time might be nice actually.

Much of my spare time is already taken up by the Zherisia project. I'd like to make a little more to the Headless Horseman than just his background and stuff.

But at the same time, its the Frat Mods' call.

Given that the due date is a month away, I don't think its wise to postpone it so soon.
However, i will suggest this:
Do what you can now, and if your not finished by the 13th of may, we can give you more time then.

Oh, and as with the Souragne Gazetteer, I'd be very happy to proofread if you want me to. Often, sadly, it seems like I'll come up with little ideas but not be at all sure how to flesh them out, which is why I have only put one article in any netbook over the years... :? I'd like to hope that I may have another way to make a contribution.

I think you haven't posted an email address where we can send our contributions to. Since the last time I did it was in 2001, this may actually be my lack of experience. At any rate, I will email one of the members of the Frat with an article, and he'll hopefully send it to its due destination.
