POVERO new poll: the road goes on

Post by ewancummins »

Assuming that we continue playing, probably after a brief pause, where would your PCs want to go next?

I would start the next game after some downtime has passed, which may allow for things like selling loot, doing research (if library access/labs can be found), buying gear, recruiting new party members, etc.

Everyone will be back at full HP, of course.

I had done a poll about what sorts of adventures you guys were interested in, but the composition of the group has changed, so those results aren't necessarily helpful to me now.

Ruscellon= Riorico, by the way. One city, two names.
And, by the notes you guys gave me, it's also Fild's hometown. Gnomish Ghetto is there.

I voted the sailing option, for trying something new.

Supposing Fild's life doesn't end in the gallows... I would prefer to go on in a ship adventure.

VAN---Tom
ALHOON--Fild
LORD SKYBOLT---Sixt
ADAM--Alfonse

Gertie may continue to adventure with the group, because her brother is in the party, but she might also take her cut of the profits and start a fishing biz or set up in a new city as a burglar, later. It depends on where you guys go.

Damien will take his cut once the stuff is sold, and go his own way. If the player returns someday, his PC might also return.

Ditto Titus.

Four PCs is certainly adequate for a small adventuring party. But I will leave it up to you guys: do you want me to open recruitment for any more players?

4 are enough, but we won't always be together or some of us will have delays etc. Perhaps 1-2 more shipmates would be nice.

All aboard?

I cast my vote with Adam, for Ferrantio, but it wasn't enough to tip things.

Ship wins.
As the party seems to have no particular goal (except to quickly get out of Povero with all its loot and go someplace where things can be resold/broken up) I've made a DM decision about destination based on the feedback I had to my in-game query about possible destinations.

See Beyond Povero for the new set-up.
