Jurgen seems unfazed by all Norzak's talk of finger stew, torture, etc.

''Yes, I see no reason we cannot get along, Herr Norzak. You are a man..err, dwarf after my own heart. I can see that you do what must be done, even if others may find it unpleasant. This is the Falkovnian way.''

Denys, could I ask that we wait in the morning to set out? I am needing to consult with men more learned than myself. He then turns to Jon. "My friend, I am going to the Gundarakite district to speak with other Dawnbringers. I would like you to come with me, so that they may take a look at your wound. I have seen nothing wrong, but I am fearing there is something I am not seeing. Would you come along?"
"You said I killed you--haunt me, then!...Be with me always--take any form--drive me mad! only do not leave me in this abyss, where I cannot find you!” -Wuthering Heights

I dunno bout no Falkovneean way, Jurgen, but I's always done things me own way. One man's way ain' another's I bin told. I's also seen it, bub. Judge a man by 'is actions, Jurgen. Thass how ye get tha mettle of a man. Nuthin tells ye more bout a man by 'is actions. 'Member that."

Clapping Jon the shoulder affectionately, Norzak adds "Hey laddie, whutterya think? Mebbe give Dorgio's pals a chance ta lookit yer 'and? I'll be wit ye the whole time. None'll 'urt ye as long as I be wit ye."

Ambrose and Charlotte carry Evanegline's bags to a coach waiting out on the street, and Evangeline and Charlotte with the Falkovnians as her escort.

''Goodbye everyone! Tell Sir Cirdan I was thinking of him!''

Not long after Denys' daughter makes her departure, Sir Cirdan returns with the chest and the spoils are divided.

After the treasure is parcelled out, leaving each of you with a purse full of coins, Jon and Dorgio head off for the Gundarakite neighborhood.

Denys sends servants with a shopping list to obtain any necessary supplies or euipment.

Each of you is able to get a full night's rest, whether at the Sancerre house or at his own squat. In the morning....
