Inovidil get another sip of her bunch and says in low voice so only Blaise can listen:
"I agree that he is interesting man Blaise and as you I'm not surprised that he has spells protection on him and maybe has something that boosts his charm. But having an illusion cover his true form is something that we should pay attention on. It can be only a protective measure as well but he might be someone else that took his place as well...That is what I'm afraid of. The best thing to get an imposter is to use information that only the original person knows and the imposter no. The problem is that we don't know Lord Ildool so well to use this method. So I guess for now we can just keep an eye at him."

Alain smiles and nods his head as Prake makes to dance with Shana. To which he replies to Shana, "Be easy on him".
Once the two make their way to the dance floor, Alain pours the rest of the sickeningly sweet punch from his glass back into the punch bowl and sets his cup down. Dusting his hands off he then meanders about, looking for a proper glass of wine.

At the Frogwife
Jamethon takes a good look at what Ironheart has done to their enemies. He then looks at the survivors and says,
''Lay down and be still you fools, or he'll cut you to pieces!''
Jamethon roughly shoves the stunned man to the ground and squats on top of him, binding his hands with a length of cord.

Delight is to him- a far, far upward, and inward delight- who against the proud gods and commodores of this earth, ever stands forth his own inexorable self.

at the party-
The rest of the evening's entertainment passes pleasantly enough. Jonet Prake gets too drunk and distracted[trying to make time with Shana] to answer questions or make a speech, but no one [except perhaps our doughty investigators] seems to mind much. Delthrin shows only briefly, is seen speaking to Lord Ildool for a few minutes before departing the house. The Baron makes a finely worded and well rendered speech about how the city is now on the road to recovery. Cheers and toasts are made. Wine flows freely [not just sticky punch to drink but good wine, too!]. The band plays multiple sets, finishing just after midnight. As the music dies away for the last set, the guests begin to make their departures, some singly and others in groups. Carriages roll up to the front of the house and then roll away, bearing the city's elite back to their homes.
As the party wraps up, Watch Captain Rask sends a hand written note [on official stationary and carried by a uniformed watchman] to Archideus-
LT Archideus, congratulations on capture of killer. New assignment will be tracking arms smugglers. Find Threan Shrenan. He will be consultant for this mission. Full briefing to be held tomorrow evening at sixth watch, militia HQ-
WC Rask.
