Ewan, Alain hasn't secretly given Galandel money and a dagger before his deparure? Don't remember if was anything else.

He gave the elf's wife money. The rest of the party does not necessarily know that Alain helped the elves.VAN wrote:Ewan, Alain hasn't secretly given Galandel money and a dagger before his deparure? Don't remember if was anything else.
Delight is to him- a far, far upward, and inward delight- who against the proud gods and commodores of this earth, ever stands forth his own inexorable self.

Barovia. Ewan's version is pretty sweet. Valachan after that.

got it. Well, I must say after all these years I only remembered Lion-O, Snarf and Mumm-Ra. Mumm-Ra looks great for Ravenloft (much better than Skeletor, for example), and I liked the buildings in the series but the tone is not good. Cheetarah.... well, yes, I saw a comig page and indeed I was impressed. And with fans like these...

Mordent or Darkon would be good. I'd like to see how your take on the Necropolis plays out. Your description reminds me a little of "Cremains," one of my favorite bits from The Sandman.
Of course, a "triumphant" return to Barovia would be interesting for Dorgio...

Sandman was a major inspiration for my Il Aluk/Necropolis.
