I suggest everyone check his/her equipment list for oil.

Toss oil on the still-forming swarm, Sara tosses torch, we all fall back. That's my plan.

Waiting too long to douse and burn the spiders may give the swarm time to catch the slowest members of the party.

Re: Back to Basics OOC
I will need two to hit rolls, one for the oil splash and the other for the torch to hit where the oil is splashed . These will all of course just be at touch AC so should not be that hard to hit .

Here is the roll for the lamp oil;

Hmm, not so good. Someone else will have to throw a torch since the Professor would be a bit reluctant to toss away his lantern.
***Edited to reflect lamp oil flask being thrown and not a non-existant torch***

Craptastic rolls, LOL!
With two flasks of lamp oil, the Prof may be able to make a second toss, no?

I imagine that a few of the spiders have gotten close to Isidar by now. Just in case I rolled 3 'stomp' rolls = 6, 9, and 9

Are those just raw numbers, without any bonuses to hit from BAB or STR?

Re: Back to Basics OOC
I need a Damage roll for first round of damage of the oil since those to Hit numbers are good enough to hit in the inclosed space where the swarm in forming in . Damage roll is 1D6 damage per round . For 2 Rounds .
