AD&D Ravenloft Play-by-Hangout

Post by PaulVa »

I want to run a classic Ravenloft adventure from the AD&D 2nd edition era in a Google+ play-by-Hangout on Saturday, April 27th from around 2:30pm-7:30pm PDT (GMT-8). I'll be using the Savage Worlds ruleset and the Roll20 software, which is free, and I want to find out if there is any interest on these boards to join us.

So that would be 11:30 am NYC time? I'd be interested.

Excellent, Tarlyn. I'd be delighted to have you. The time is backwards though. It is three hours later on the east coast. So it would be 5:30pm-10:30pm in New York.

Certainly. :)

I'm going to create a Google Event you can reply to tonight. The link and information will be available on that page. I'll put the information about the system, software, etc on the Event, and the event should show the time in whatever time zone you are in.

While I'm interesting unforunately Saturdays is my own DMing day, as well as not sure I'll find time because I'm looking for a place to move... and rather quickly!

I'm sorry to hear you won't be able to join us, Zilfer, but I'm very happy to know you are interested. Maybe we can get you into the game next time. ;) I'd like to start a campaign that will be ongoing, but I need to find a pool of available and interested players first. Unfortunately, this particular time, Saturday is my only available day, but that will likely change as the summer approaches.

*shrugs* I like ravenloft probably more than my players so yeah I'm always interested. Besides I don't get to be a "player" very often. xD

It's by far my preferred roleplay setting, and rarely have I run a campaign that didn't bear some influence from Ravenloft. I hope I can find a time in the future to fit you into the game.

No worries. I'm still young and have plenty of time to waste and then regret wasting later! :P

One day I'll have the pleasure of saying Well.... I fought Strahd and... xD
