RAVENLOFT: The One That Got Away OOC
Re: RAVENLOFT: The One That Got Away OOC
I'm fine with moving on, as long as Bennedict has a couple vials of holy water stashed away somewhere. That seems to be all the preparation for dealing with a fiend that we can do at the moment, until we learn more about the specific thing we're after.
"Of course," Benn mutters, "It would be a damned shame if we ever knew what the hell was actually going on."

He's got the holy water.

1 in 4 chance that there's a response to that house fire and/or street fight.

Assuming retried roll, since the PCs do not know where a healer can be found on short notice and have no horses/wagon.

Wow finally Raen is stabilized but we still need a healer. We can roll gather info now I guess since we are in market.
Gather info: [dice]0[/dice] and now I roll high!!!

That's the best possible result.
She very quickly locates someone who can direct her to a riverfront barber-surgeon.

Ok but maybe is better if we don't move Raen, Sara can go there and ask the surgeon to come. Obviously treat a wound at the street isn't the best thing but if Raen's wounds reopen for any reason he will have only 2 rounds left.
Also how far away is the rendezvou point? If we are closer to that Sara can ask Dorgio or Benn to heal Raen with magic.

You aren't very near the point.
Getting the surgeon to come to you is a good idea.
It's not as if you cannot also send a runner to Benn and Dorgio, and any others at the rendezvous. Just slip a few coins to some kid.
I will let you guys write this scene as you please, or you tell me what you want and I'll gloss it in the next chapter.
It's a transition.
Next chapter can resume with any PCs who wish to go to the rendezvous being gathered there. If somebody heals Raen with magic, though, let's actually describe that in play...
