To whomever wrote up the Zherisia netbook's "caliban vampire" template:
Is there a continuity error in the description of this creature's Children of the Night power? It lists "giant rats" and "large spiders" (small L) among the options, even though those terms were replaced by "dire rat" and "[size] monstrous spider" in 3E. Also, the numbers of animals which it attracts are kind of wonky, as it calls far fewer giant rats than the dire rat's CR suggests it ought to. Plus, I'm not sure that the giant frog's stats ever did get updated to 3E, although several kinds of toad were.
Frankly, it looks like the summoned animals' names have somehow been transposed, between their 2E and 3E versions. I'm not trying to give you a hard time, in pointing this out: it's just that I've been re-examining a lot of Ravenloft's vampire variants, to help me balance the stats on the sea-monster book's version, and it's something that didn't seem right.
