Sara moves ahead of the group into the room to the south . The room is about 35 ft long by 10 ft wide . It connects directly to the most northern most corridor at it's eastern end . The room is filled with several chairs lined up on the southern wall that have not been used for years apparently, because of the layers of dust on them .

Sara doesn't notice anything else intresting right? An altar, or any arcane symbols at the walls/floor/roof for example?

Nope, nothing like that at all is in this connecting room . But the first three Character to enter the room I need Fort save for them though .

So according to IC posts I would assume the next person into the room is Professor Huln . So I will need a Fort Save from him .

Which Door does Sara lead the party to first ? The hall with that had the Gricks in it ?
Or the other door that is at the end of the T intersection that the party has just come from ?

As far as Sara can tell there are no traps on the door . There is a lock though .

Sara will take 20 to open the lock (total 26).

Checking around for ambushers and any thing else is a spot check . So I will need one if your character actively doing such an action on entering a room lets say .

After Sara gets a chance to look ( and no sign of danger) I'll take 20 on search check. We aren't in a hurry.
