For those that got a 20 or better on the listen check you can barely hear a blood curdling scream from far into the forest perhaps a half mile from where your group has stopped to discuss what to do next .
For those that got a 15 or better on the Spot check they notice on entering the forest that there are several pieces of metal wire in the grass some of the pieces are twisted together as if they where from a larger whole perhaps .

Search 15 to see if is a kind of alarm there triggered if we step on the wire or any other trap.

Is some one(the Rogue maybe) going ahead of the group to scout it out slightly like say at least 200 feet perhaps or is the group just staying together and making all that noise that those in heavy armor will make in going through the forest .

Yes Sara will go first to scan the area but will try to do that while hidden and move silently. For not get a huge penalty on these checks she will just go with half move, so she can get cover and look carefully around.

Then make a Move Silent and a Hide checks please then . And after that Spot and Listen checks .

I don't care what you exactly rolled just your total skill check is that I may ask for . This goes for all players please . If you rolled really well it will be evident in the check result .
Rolling a Natural 20 just mean's that you rolled the max in a skill check and has no special result in the D20 system normally .
So if those are what you rolled then I take it that your results would be the following then: Move Silently-27 ,Hide-22
And: Spot-16 ,Listen-22
Correct ?
