It has noticed it but isn't his business...he is way more intrested at the greenish fire and the strange marks at the horse.

Anchorites believe that they have to protect those that have Ezra in heart and your priest doesn't so for now he stays out. Of course if Ammanas is attacked he will help, but for now is more intrested at the fire and the horse.

Makes sense. No worries, I'm interested in that fiery horse as well!

I thought wizards and open display of magic is almost ok in Darkon, well at least they don't get attacked on sight or being considered demons/feys etc as in other domains. But of course this is Raf's Ravenloft and maybe is different than what I think.

No it's pretty much almost ok, but it's still generally a kept secert. (correct me if i'm wrong anyone with a gazetteer handy i'm going of my memory) It's generally more "believed" but i'm not sure it's 100% trusted. My cleric's just surprised someone has a knack for it in this town that called for help from the outside. He's also curious if she's kept it a secret from her uncle or he knows.... hmmm we shall have to see no?

I don't think i'll be getting very far with these villagers though. Whenever I get to refresh my spells (midnight) maybe i'll see if there are any offensive one's that are more.... flashy. To show i'm backed by divine might. XD

The Darkonian attitude towards magic is not very well defined as per the official sources.

Essentially, you both are right: Magic is common, but not talked about. Nobody will attack you for it, but people might not be as cooperative as in places where magic is more commonly seen.

Boiros isn't threatening or anything he just wants to make sure Ammanas doesn't get attacked and asked what is going on.

Nicodemus speaks both Darkonese and Mordentish so he can understand Boiros. If you need a translation in character, just ask. Boiros would have heard him speak Mordentish to the horse.
