Folbre has a longer trip.

But his party is all on horseback.

And the other PCs do not know where Tom , GERTIE, and Alfonse took Elissa.

Nor are they headed straight for the vineyard. Admiral's Arms first.

And the Frisky Friar, if Damien gets his way.

So there is no way they would find out the location and reach it first.

As mentioned, I actually planned to follow Titus' lead. My (not Fild's) general plan is to go to the admiral's arms and check what went down. From there, we decide whether to go to the Friar. Friar is also a suggestion that makes sense, but since we don't know anything, Fild prefers to go to the Admiral's first.
But Fild will follow Titus anyway.
