Dorn is turning horses away, as noted.
That means they are not remaining in combat, threatening the monster.
Based on posts and what I take to be player intent, Kat will keep well clear of the thing, moving around on road or nearby ground to try for a flank attack next round. She thus avoids passing close to the monster's jaws.
Looks as if everyone but Sir Clive has acted.
I won't hold up play when RocEtr has left instructions about such scenarios.
Unlimber big sword+ Get Down+ move action
Advance to attack at top of next round, hustling around the wagon and keeping clear of the panicky horses.
