How long would it take for the Arquebus to shoot at a non-engaged target? Can Fild do it in this round? If not, he will jump down and join the melee, sword & shield in hand saying "Poor Richard. Told you so!"

He can do it in one round, sure, but all targets in sight are engaged in melee with his companions.
