Save for monsters not directly in path of sphere, but near it.

That keeps the main body from attacking the party.
Two who rolled the closest still attack Filbert.

I rely on Filbert's DEX and second Domenica! Run the heck out of there!

I assume we're there with the militia. If we're not, let me know and I'll delete.

Cormac knows Filbert and Safana so when (I hope) come closer they can see it's us and we are trying to escape the skullfaced-maggots.

Plus 1
Result: Max damage actually disables one of the wriggling abominations, pinning it to the earth.
Good shot.

Shot for volley, militia
[dice]0[/dice]
Not effective.
Between Safana's flame and Cormac's archery, those under immediate threat may escape the maggot monsters.
Unless Players wish otherwise, we may assume the entire party has regrouped in a safe position south of Elf Hill, within visual range.

Noted.
No obvious effect.

Re: Birthright 3: The Worm's Supper: OOC
Without reading the OOC stuff, I have to ask:
Can Termelan just grab Filbert by the shirt and run? He's not leaving the Halfling behind. He has 13 str. He's willing, more than willing, to toss his own backpack if that would make it easier to escape with Filbert.

Yeah,,, I think we should pass on this
Feels like the ground is going to crack open?
Maggots as big as sheep?
Dark freaky cloud......
Isolde is the only one who seems apt to deal with this threat. We need more of her and better at it.
Speaking from POV od Domenica so she wouldn't know anything about Safana.
