Stepping through the doorway is a gentleman of 6 feet in height, wearing a black tricornered hat and black and grey clothing of obvious Mordentish make. As his cloak and hat are taken, the most prominent feature are his eyes. The are a slate grey that, as the candlelight hirts them, cause the light to be reflected back almost like mirrors. His clothing has the look of Mordentish nobility, though he seems to look slightly uncomfortable in it.
His strange gaze slowly takes in the room with its occupants as though memorizing every single detail. He makes his way into the room quietly, clasping his hands behind his back. He slowly nods his head at the gentlemen that take notice of his presence.

Ugh... Hartly thought behind his porcelien face. Arcane again. How utterly common. Perhaps I should go, if only to develop a few more contacts.
"I look forward to it." He said, straightening up. "Do you have any items of a more estoeric nature?"
"Such as what Mr.... Laurent, was it" said Buchvold "I carry many Items. Describe to me your feild of choice, and I will see what I posses.
"Lau
ren,
Mr. Buchvold." Hartly said dryly. "And I was hoping that you might have some items of worship, or some relics from ages past. Perhaps tomes of faith?"
"By any chance, did Mr Van Rijn tell any of you of his ... conference subject?", Viktor asked around casually. "From what I know, I believe it should be quite remarquable"
"No... I have not. Do you know when he will begin his lecture?"

"Welcome!" say Viktor, please join us. He then makes presentation (himself, then the group: Mr Buchvold ("a Borcan noble"), Mr Hartly ("a searcher of mysterious knowledge"), Mr Vili Rosnel ("from Nova Vaasa")
"And you are ?"

Vili seem to accord a great interest suddently to Buchvold : "You are interested in faith? Im am currently doing research about some of the more, let say unusual part of the lawgiver dogma. In other time, it could be interesting to share our discovery."

"A silver ring? with a black gem? like this one?, asked Viktor, showing Buchvold his Fraternity ring.

"indeed, my friend, indeed... may be he lost it during his trip?"
Viktor is pensive for a moment, then asks "was it imbued with arcane power?"

For the first time, Hartly smiled. The corners of his mouth crept slowly up, before dropping back to their usual tight line.
"Yes..." He almost purred. "I believe that we could have a very... interesting discussion. I have done some indepth research into the Death Herasy, as well as a group in the house of Sages that claim that a Rebirth followed it, changing the divine order. What heracies do you speak of?"

"No more than the norm. Of cource an enchantment
could mask arcane power." Buchvold pauses " It may very well hold more mysteries. Many things do"
