Inovidil quirks an eyebrow as the door appears at the cliff.

"So there is another entrance to Delthrin's house" Thinks the evoker.

When she spots the man or the humanoid flies a little closer so she can discern better his form but she remains in safe distance from the boat.

Any questions you have would best be directed towards him. I must get ready for an event to be held later to night at the new baron's house. These official events...well, at least I had enough notice to have my dogsbody black my boots properly and have my dress uniform cleaned. ''
Alain stands to render a brief salute to the captain. "My apologies Captain. I wasn't aware of your pressing business" He says so as congenially as he can, making no cracks whatsoever at the prospect of the captain being an attendant of official events.

He then turns to the door, pausing briefly before making his exit. "Captain, do you know where I might find Sergeant Talbot?"

"Thank you for your honesty. I cannot discuss readily the nature of my questions, only that it has to do with a militia investigation. I will take you up on that offer to inspect the weapon should one exist, and compensate you of course. Glim, Threan, sirs, I thank you for your time and bid you good day."

Archedius bows slightly and turns to head for the door of the shop...

Palace of Celestial Delights

A stark naked man rushes out of one of the upstairs rooms holding a sheet which billows in the air like a ship's full sail. The naked man, whom Rardi and Shana recognize to be their friend Blaise, bum-rushes the raving madman and entangles him with the sheet, tightly wrapping up his head and arms. The man bellows like an angry bull and thrashes about in an attempt to free himself from the entrapping cloth. He manages to slice an opening in it with his blood stained razor, so that his head and right arm now poke through the sheet, which is wound around his upper body like a shroud.

''I'll kill you, you son of a dog!''

He swings his razor in a wide arc, missing Blaise's face by mere inches!

In, first to lurk. Tired as hell, and can barely move my arms.
Charsheet/Ironheart's reentry coming over the weekend.
Props to Ewan for this wonderful scene, BTW!

Fishgut Rock

Ino, still invisible, flies in closer to the doorway. As she draws near the open portal, she sees the figure standing within more clearly: it is a skeletal humanoid, wrapped in a tattered winding sheet of dirty gray cloth. The ghastly thing raises its withered arms and opens its bony hands.....

The cloth wrapped object which had been carried in the boat, now so close that Ino can make out the vague outline of a small humanoid figure within, floats upward through the air and into the waiting arms of the dead thing. The skeletal creature grabs the bundle and then turns to withdraw down the darkened hallway that leads deeper into the Rock.

creeeeaaaaakkk

The doorway in the cliff-face is slowly swinging shut.

If Ino chances to look down, she will see that the small boat containing Delthrin and his two assitants is just now beginning to row away.

Militia HQ

''Sergeant Talbot is out back, inspecting the men. If you hurry, I'm sure you'll catch him. ''

Checking out back of the building, Alain finds Talbot and a group of a dozen tin-stars in a small brick courtyard. The sergeant is easy to pick out; he's the one inspecting the formation.

''Very good. Dismissed! ''

The formation breaks up and the watchmen drift away in ones and twos.

Talbot turns to face Alain. the sergeant is a tall rangy man, with long graying hair pulled back in a pony tail. He wear a mail shirt under his green cloak and carries a shortsword at his left hip. The sergeant nods to Alain as the bard approaches and he smiles in a friendly way, saying-

''Ah, you're one of the men working with the dwarf-woman, Rardi, yes? How can I help you?''

Shrenan brothers' smithy and weapons shop-

''Sure. Well, if there is any way for us to help, just let us know. My brother and I are always happy to help the Watch, aren't we, Threan?''

Glim looks over to his quieter sibling with a bright and cheerful expression.

Palace of Celestial Delights

No sooner than the maniac takes a swing at Blaise, Rardi speaks some sort of prayer or incantation. The man jerks to a sudden halt. He stands perfectly still at the top of the stairs, the ripped and bloody sheet hanging limp about him like a tarp draped over a statue.

The weeping woman on the stairs stumbles down into the parlor. She presses her hands to her face. As she draws near Shana and Rardi, the two can quite clearly see the red blood seeping between her fingers. She staggers at the base of the stairs and collapses to the floor, crying softly.

The Old Shell

The brawl rages across the middle of the common room. It's getting out of hand, now, and several men are visibly injured: broken noses, bruised faces, etc.

Just then, a wooden mug comes flying through the air, hurled by one of the brawlers. The cup smacks into the head of the old man sitting near Ironheart [he had no part in the fight] , and bounces off the unfortunate man's skull to land in Ironheart's plate of food and overturn the barbarian's own mug of beer. Ironheart is splattered with the remains of his half eaten meal and his tunic is now soaked with beer.

The old man seems to have been dazed by the strike, and slumps forward to rest his gray head on the table. The old woman sitting with him grabs the man by his shirt and drags him underneath the table.

Archedius nods and heads out the shop door. He glances over his shoulder as he walks before heading for a skiff to take him to Deltherin's residence. He pulls his cloak up around his head and sinks into it as walks.

Threan quickly catches up to Archedius on his way out of the shop . " Yes we always are willing to help the watch as they one of are best customers . By the way me and my brother will be attending tonight's celebration at the Baron's House . So will we see you there also ?"

Inovidil's isn't very much surprised when see that the humanoid form was actually an undead...was more than predictable! She is very curious about the human form in the bag though. The thought that could have been am orphan child crossed her mind and in different situation she would have attacked the evil necromancer and his undead. But now she preferred to not blow her cover and come back with the others. Inovidil remembered how much magic had Delthrin on him the last time they met him, so she didn't want to risk.Sometimes wait is better than action. So she just waits to be sure that the boat is rowing away.

Shana steps rapidly towards the girl and puts one arm around her.

"Its all right... he's not going to hurt you anymore. How bad is it?"

She glances at Rardi

"Madam Cleric, I think we may need some healing here!"
