Aha! The watch records "time of death", not the actual time. (Or maybe both? In the full-page panel it shows 10 AM/PM, then, when he's discussing the death of the unfortunate medic, it's showing time of death at 6:59...obviously it's a special mechanism.

I'll have to do more of those. I had hoped that NPCs and stuff would make a good gm resource, but I guess the artwork is a better one.I'll aslo have to revisit that one and touch it up... I know Deviantart does prints.
