IC:Alain rushes to the doorway after he hears the shouting from outside.

"Sacre..."He loses himself in thought. Quickly he takes his pack from his shoulders and palces before himself as he kneels down. He begins rummiging through it before pulling out one of his torches. He then stands in the open door frame and as with all times of doubt, begins to sing.

"Brilliance in the face of darkness
A beacon in time of dread
Let your heart shine for me
To lead me home..."

With that he casts light on the torch and holds it high, in hopes that everyone scrambling for the house may see it.

*OOC:Hey I'm a graphic designer by trade, I know my made up songs suck, lol

The Mists that George has been lost in (for how long? seconds? years?) slowly begin to clear. Vaguely, he can make out shapes and muffled sounds, as of shouting, and devouring reach his ears after so long in silence.

As more of the scene appears to him, he dimly sees others walking through the fog. He also sees a group of human-shaped figures crouched down over some grotesque meal in a way that no sane man would.

Though the muffling affect of the Mists, George hears: ''Everyone, in the house! Speed, for your live's sakes!''

Not hesitating, and imagining what those crouching figures would do to him if he were still out in the open once they had finished their current repast, George runs full speed towards the house, bumping into someone as he passes, but barely registering it.

Once in the house, George stands at the door, peering through it, ready to slam it should the feasters approach.

**The party sees a young man, about 5'6" with prematurely weathered , tanned skin dressed in dark brown padded armor and breeches with a backpack and weapons strapped to his belt (tied down to keep them quiet when he moves). He is tan and his eyes are hidden by the light brown hair that hangs down over his forehead.**

The walking dead are somewhere in the mists behind him, the awful sound of their grisly feast can be heard through the mists-chewing and ripping sounds, like pigs at work on carrion-yet horribly, no other sounds come from the feasters. No laughter of men at a feast, no grunts or snarls of wild beasts , not even the sounds of breathing between bites.
[ Ewan, did you get my PM?]

Moorkroft pushes his way through the others waiting at the door, and tries to slam it - regardless that Alain, Tavian, Jarryd and the others are still outside...

Out from the dark, you hear the little girl cry...

And two of the hulking shadows draw close...

You can already see parts of their putrified legs stalking out of the mists...

[Please, tell me where exactly you stand on the map:]

If the door slams shut before Tavian can get in he will station himself just south of the door along the wall of the empty room.

If he can get in he will try to find a window to stand in.

Either way, his first action will be to fire Eldritch Blasts at the oncoming undead.

Jarryd sees nothing at all in the thick fog. Suddenly he hears a voice telling them to go back to the house, that forsaken house...
But for Jarryd is too late, he doesn't know where he's standing. Where is everyone?

Suddenly he feels the prercence of the undying, the smell of rotting flesh is becoming stronger and stronger with every passing second. The thick fog does nothing to stop the horrible smell. Instinctively, Jarryd grabs his scimitar, and closes his eyes, blocking every thought of fear and anxiety. Silence. Soon he can feel the precence of the undead, like Desert Zombies, these creatures drag their rotten feet across the stone floor. It is easier to detect them.

Somewhere behind him someone just closed a door. Could it be the door of the house?? Maybe he still has a chance to reach the house just like everyone else, but first he will have to fight some ugly undead to reach his goal..

OCC: Jarryd ventured deep into the mists. He should be standing somewhere far away from the house.

If The door of the house is open, Alain is standing in it helping to usher people in. If The deoor did shut, then alain is inside the house next to the door, trying to take an account of everyone.

[I'm at the front door, with a hand on it, but standing out of the way of whoever is trying to come through. Not sure where that is on the map]

As Moorkroft pushes past him and tries to slam the door shut, George holds onto it to stop him, shouting in Low Mordentish (Dementlieuse dialect, with a Falkovnian accent): "There are still people outside, man! Give them a chance! There'll be time to shut the door before those things get too close! Now step back and clear the path for the others to come in!"

Moorkroft doesn't answer, but hits George in the face, making him to stagger back, and then, with all force, shuts the door closed.

You can hear sillly, crazy, evil laughter from inside...

While Tavian starts shooting into the mists, hoping toburn at least one of the undead, Alain counts his friends... And suddenly realizes that Avra and Shana are missing!

The last time he saw them was in the house... Where the crazed Moorkroft now is!
Don Fernando wrote: Jarryd ventured deep into the mists. He should be standing somewhere far away from the house.
Jarryd, stumbling through the darkness, suddenly bumps into another man: He looks into the confused face of noone less than Jonathon Moorkroft.

- But if Moorkroft is here, what, by the gods, did just enter the house?!

Are there any windows on the house?

"What in the .... Who are you??" Jarryd is puzzled, holding his scimitar high in the air ready to give the killing blow. "You! you are....but then..."
Unable to shake his disbelief, Jarryd takes a look around him. The creatures are slow, but persistent, they will reach him in a couple of minutes.

"We have to make it to the door, are you able to fight??" his words echoing in the deep mists. Somehow this whole thing is too strange for Jarryd and he does not feel confortable trusting the newcommer.

OCC: Does Jarryd see anything in particular that leads him to believe this guy is not the real thing??

OOC: I have absolutely no idea where I am!

Izabela, shaken by the screams of Moorkroft, turns to run to the house. Through the corner of her eye she catches a glimpse of the walking dead creatures.

She lets out a cry for help while she rushes in the opposite direction towards the house.

Not knowing that there are two Moorkrofts, and not caring since he knows neither of them, George only knows that this man is mad, possibly from fright.

The reasons for this man's actions are irrelevant to George as he has never yet failed to return an unprovoked attack in kind.

George draws the club from where it is attached to his belt and swings at Moorkroft, attempting to subdue him (and hoping to catch Moorkroft unawares if he has turned his attention away from George and towards the door.)

[I am sorry, but I think there is a misunderstanding - Moorkroft, or better, his clone, shut the door before you. He's inside, you're outside. I apologize for the confusion.]
