OTOH, I wouldn't like to know why a "realistic" version of Gwydion would be surrounded by hearts...

At MoE's suggestion I decided to make avatars of Alexander Dreamfire to give folks an idea of what he looks like. The first is his natural skin color as well as the best approximation of
armor of the celestial batallion and other armor pieces I could get. The blades are his mind blade, and in the latter he is wearing his armor underneath his clothes to better blend in with society. Further the circlet present in the first has been subsumed by illusions but is still there. Likewise the coat is actually his cloak transmuted into a new form while retaining its abilities.
As for the necklace, that's a pretty close representation of his faith's holy symbol and the magical amulet he wears.

Post these in the comment threads of both your stories for those who don't know about this thread. I also hope you won't stop here. I love to see the supporting casts from both your stories.
I also liked Draga Saltbiter's hybrid form. Here's his human form. I know the cloak's a little much but he wears the garb of a cleric of Umberlee so he would at least have the collar. Too bad you can't add rips and tears to the clothing.
