Tom should know from his time with Flid that while he has no problem with many bad acts, he's no murderer. Flid wound not agree to "people getting lost" jobs and feels better that Aldon said he doesn't ask random people to do his dirty jobs.

Gertie reveals nothing about herself or her talents. Tom knows this. So if he talks about himself that is fine with her. But he doesn't talk about her as
she might be outgoing and fun, but private about herself.

Re: POVERO Campaign OOC
Tom isn't murderer either, might steal some money, break in houses, or sell information but only to those that he believes they deserve it. He has his own ethos and moral code, that's why he referred to it as gray area.

From what Fild has seen of Gertie and his time with her, he knows she is no killer and doesn't enjoy fighting.

Coolios. After Zilfer posts something IC, or indicates he does not plan to do so, I will proceed.

Emmm... is the price he offers good enough? We're virtually nobodies so we can't ask for much, but divided by 6... it's less than 3 days of stay in the inn.

That means 100 total, for five operatives
Gertie
Tom
Alfonse
Fild

This is the same as getting paid 20 gold prices eachin a campaign using standard , inflated, prices.
Meaning a 100 GP total party award.

What time of the day is it? If it isn't very late I would like us to go again at the attacking spot so Gem can try to track the thugs. More time pass more difficult it will be to find them.
Who will roll for Gem Ewan, me or you?

It's getting late, but if you don't mind tracking in the evening, feel free. You could go after the meal. Even make a quick meal (doggie bags!) and go sooner, if you like.
If you do leave, you can roll d20 for the dog tracking.
