The air rifle is actually feasible for time period since Lewis and Clark actually carried one on their expedition and astoundd the Native Americans who had encountered firearms but never and air rifle. I have researched this and effectively it was a single shot lever action rifle much like a breach loader made by Benjamin that had an air cylinder in the fore grip of the rifle that was pumped once. Equal to about a .22 short caliber rifle.

Aye, but what would be the plausable market for it? Practice guns for the children of Five Towers nobility?
