Good with that roll Initiative is in the following order then:
1. Arnulf with 23
2. Isidar with 17
3. Dalorna also 17 but lower Dex than Isidar .
4. Alia with a 14 .
5. The Grick with 13
6. Huln with a 13 lower Dex than the Gricks
7. Sara goes last with a big 6

Using a free action to rage . As party of a move action Arnulf draws the sword that he has been carrying(on his back) only loosely covered to attack with his cool new "sword" . This is the same sword package the that they were bringing to the gnomes to enchant supposedly .
Attack roll:18+1 for a 19 to hit . Critical range Confirm roll of 16 to hit . That confirms .
Damage is 2d4+8 . For 17 hit points of damage .

Dalorna is casting mage armor, enchanced with her gloves.

For the Professors turn he will be casting his clerical version of Mage Armor.

That is standard action . If Huln wants to use his Dark Knowledge tactics ability he can also do that as his move action as at the same time if he wishes . That is another Knowledge(dungeoneering) check then to determine what amount the bonus maybe if he scores at least 15 to give bonus to hit for the party .

Sara will get her rapier (doesn't risk to shoot in the narrow passage) and flank with Arnulf so she has sneak attack.

HR:11, doubt it hit.

You can not flank it unless you can crawl right up the wall to flank it .
And no that will not hit it and you can post as in IC if you wish .

Alia will begin singing to Inspire Courage in her companions for +1 to hit and damage

Also inspire gives a +1 morale vs. Charm and Fear effects .The bonus is for hit and damage is rolls when using weapons . These bonuses applies to everyone from her initiative count forward .
Too bad that bonus is not enough to allow Sara to hit .


To all players :
Please put the type of bonus your giving in the future from spells, class abilities, etc .
This is for the purpose of determining what bonuses stack on top of each other . And what do not .

Isidar is casting Burning hands and will try to get the worm and whatever might be coming in the same shot if that is possible. I imagine she has an idea of where the new foe is coming because of Alia's song. I don't know if she'd have to move a few feet or not, but Isidar would move within the range that she is allowed while casting.

I rolled 3 damage. So that's a 4 with Alia's morale boost.

Sorry I forgot post that damage/hit bonus is only for weapon damage roll and not spells . So that will be 3 points of fire damage . The results will be posted in IC .

Besides those relevant points she would not get those bonuses in any case, because Alia did not start her inspire courage Performance until after Isidar takes her turn anyway .

Party members that wish to change there actions based on Arnulf and Isidars killing of the Grick before there actions came into effect can do so .

Dalorna will now turn her attention to whatever it is that's creeping up. She'll look to see where Alia is pointing that crossbow.

The Grick is dead? If yes Sara will focus on the new monster and since plays last will try to flank it with someone if possible. If the Grick isn't dead yet she will keep attacking it in order to kill it. We don't want to have many targets around us
