Building a BIG Project

I'm currently a writer for a Twitch game, and I keep thinking there's a niche in the new online gaming space there for stoking the fandom for Classic Ravenloft. I'm gathering resources for a big Ravenloft project online, possibly starting on Discord but eventually moving to Twitch or YouTube.

1) Is anyone out there doing something like this already?
2) Anyone have experience with video/sound editing of games like this?
3) Anyone interested in being part of a "writer's room" for such a project?

I believe I possess the skills and talents necessary for the long-term yet mutable plotting relevant to such a game. I have become increasingly familiar with classic Ravenloft over the past few years. I can provide examples of my writing if requested.

So Far:
It's called "Ravenloft: Queen of Orphans" and I've got one player so far.
It will be a sort of sequel to Kara's Daughters.

I'll be picking additional players, and also lining up a list of guest players.

Although this is mostly irreconcilable with working in the writers room, I would also be interested in being a player or guest player in the campaign. To be clear, I would be happy to forgo being a player if it meant I could contribute as a writer. However, that Discord link does not seem to work.
