Has the Tarokka deck ever been statted in any book? I'm looking for stuff like aura strength, school and other game mechanics, you know, the usual magic item treatment.

I'm pretty sure the Tarroka deck is not magical in and of itself, it is just a venue for the powers inherent in the vistani. To anyone not a female vistani or a dukkar it is just a deck of painted cards.

The Ravenloft DMG has the rules and considerations for Tarokka readings on pages 159-180, but I also don't believe that the deck itself is a magical item. It is a divination tool.

The standard tarokka deck is not magical, but there have been a few magical variants mentioned.

http://fraternityofshadows.com/wiki/The ... r%27s_Deck - A magical tarokka deck that grants bonuses/penalties based on the cards pulled, from The Shadow Rift module.
http://fraternityofshadows.com/wiki/The ... ngs_(Item) - exactly what it sounds like, from the Book of Souls netbook.
http://fraternityofshadows.com/wiki/The ... Madame_Eva - is listed like a magic item in Gabrielle Aderre's Domains of Dread stats, where it says she can use it to cast any divination spell, at the cost of intense pain. But with darklord powers being so vague, especially in 2e, it's not clear if it would function that way for anyone else.
