In our submissions can we use prestige classes from Wizard's Complete - Series?

One can use in the FoS netbooks:

- All Ravenloft stuff (2e and 3e)
- All WotC stuff

Just give proper credit for your sources.

Other d20 material will be refused, for legal matters over the d20 rights questions.

If the FoS netbooks can be allowed (I wasn't sure of this untuil now but suspected it) then I am tempted to put something together from an article I wrote in the past.

Do the submissions have to be Ravenloft only, or can they be from Gothic Earth?

What about a wererat hag that was turned to a vampire and years later was mummyfied and a couple of centuries later decided to use her special cleric powers to create a phylactery and become a lich?

I was wondering if I could adapt a character from a computer game. There is a a character from a game called "soul reaver" taht i've been thinking of doing up for a while. It's not "original", but its cool!

I suppose you could base it on that character, but not convert the character as it is, as there would be copyright issues. Look at some of the things that have appeared in the BoS (and other Kargatane netbooks), USS and QtR, those all cover some articles containing characters and things based on things from other sources outside D&D. The Gentlemen in one of the BoS were based on some villains from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, while Angelique Moliere in the Kargatane's The Forgotten Children is based on Dorian Gray ;)

Looking at those sorts of articles will help you decide on how to modify things so they remain unique :)

For strange reasons, my Internet company decided to go bankrupt without telling anybody, which means I may have lost FoS emails over the last two weeks.

But now my Fos email works!

If you sent a LCotN proposal, please send ita agfain to be sure.

Sorry for the possible inconvenience,

Joël

QUestion: I'm thinking about submitting NPCs that I created (duh) but that were featured in previous netbooks: One of my hags from the USS 2003 and my Gypsy from the MGN.

Could I do it?

Sure!

The idea of LCotN is to provide adventures, so the more the merrier.
