Hello,

I am going to decorate my wall with the posters from the original MotRD Box. Now, as a true fan, I am of course somewhat resistant to use my original maps. - Thus, I think of buying the PDF from RPGNow as a kind of backup. But are the posters really inclued with the PDF?

- Is the scan quality good enough to enable posters printing?

Gaah! I am stuck in the mists of the most lethal domain of all: technology...

Yours,

Rafael

Hmmm... Maybe a bit to specific even for these misty halls?

I don't think anyone has ever tried it.

Let me know if it works. I used to have the Masque poster from the boxed set, and then my idiot brother threw darts at it.

I haven't got the PDF yet, but I definitely will. The map from the box is currently decorating my working room's wall, and I am eager to preserve it. The poster, however, is still in the box. I won't peruse all my treasures at once.

But --- your brother threw darts at it - and lived?! Or did you let Dru and her famed paper dollie golems deal with him? :)

Oh, he lived alright, but ever since we've called him "Stumpy".

Oh, so it was an accident... Still, I wonder, how could something like that possibly happen?!

I've printed maps from PDFs before, both Ravenloft & others (the Realms, there, I said it!). They are fine enough, but are printed across multiple pages. Putting them together makes a sort of jigsaw puzzle effect. I'm not aware of a way to combine them to make one intact map, other than a professional printers, and then I think it would be cheaper to just buy another copy on Ebay for a spare original map.

Thank you, Jim! I have the advantage that I can print even big papers at the unviserty for a reasonable price. But should that not work out, then I'll just try to get another box! :)
