Thank you.

Everyone who sent me the stats will receive a PM during the next few hours.

The morning after, early dawn.

A lonely satyr walks over the bridge to Willisford.

For a moment, he stops, and covers next to Avra's cold body and closes the brave monk's sightless eyes.

Then, holding his bag in one, his warhammer in the other hand, Lodissio continues to the closed black gate.

A few days later.

Slowly you dive out of the black cloud that had been lying over your minds.

Moorkroft, Shana, Izabela, Erdwin, George, Tavian, Alain, Jarryd and Adrian - they all awake lying on the ground during the hours of evening twilight.

You are lying in a sort of stabble, as the strong scent of horse suggests; however, who left you here attended you with friendliness:

You are confortably bedded in clean blankets, and those of you who had taken wounds from your perilous journeys will discover that you have been medically attended and that you feel phisically better, almost fresh.

Before you stands and elderly, weather-torn peasant holding a tablet in his hands.

"Ah, my visitors have already awakened. I was just preparing supper. Will you join me at my humble meal?"

Tavian sits up slowly, stretching his arms out wide.

"That was a terrible nightmare," he thinks to himself, letting out a large yawn. He looks around him and as he sees the people whose presence graced his most recent horror, his mouth slowly forms a frown.

He looks to the old man as he offers supper. A bit of drool dribbles from the corner of his mouth.

"Food? Are we dead? Is this heaven?"

Shana sits slowly up, looking around. She jumps noticeably at each new thing she sees, and looks especially nervously at the peasant.

"I...yes... I'd be, uh, pleased to. I'm Shana.. pleased to meet you. Uh...where are we?"

George feigns sleep for a few moments after waking to be sure all is safe. He then opens his eyes and (perhaps unconvincingly) stretches and yawns. (He also checks to see if he has his gear on him).

Sleepily, he says:
"Where'd the ghosts go? Did someone mention food?"

Adrian sits up normally, but with a quizzical look on his face. "Are you sure we're not dead? After the assault on the bridge, I'd expect living to be much more painful than this, but I feel perfectly normal." Adrian looks over the barn, sees all of his normal companions present, and relaxes a touch; at least everyone made it through alright.

Turning to the man, he replies, "Thank you for your offer, I'd really appreciate some food. And thank you for taking care of us as well. But out of curiousity, how long have we been unconscious?"

Erdwin leaps up, groping for his sword at an empty belt. His startled look slowly fades as he takes in his surroundings.

"My apologies," he says to the peasant, "I would gladly accept your offer." Then, almost as an afterthought, "Could you also inform us, where we are, and how we arrived here?"

After a moment of deep thought, he turns back to the others. "My last memories are vague, though I seem to recall being in imminent danger of death. Do any of you know what happened to us after?"
