Update:
A supplementary chapter will be added to the
Player's Guide to Ravenloft describing domains which were mentioned in 2e products, presented in the format presented in the Ravenloft Player's Handbook. The following will be added into this supplementary chapter:
-I'Cath
-Kalidnay (already placed!)
-Nosos
-Staunton Bluffs
Notes:
--The Burning Peaks cluster will NOT be included in this supplementary chapter for various reasons, the most important being it was destroyed before D&D went 3e. However, a Player's supplement on feats from the Burning Peaks has been added into the "Clusters" entry.
--Floating domains will for the time being not be added into this supplementary chapter.
--It would be wonderful if anyone has read "Baroness of Blood" and could help out in detailing Kislova more; I understand an entry exists in Book of Souls.
--I would LOVE to have an entry on Malosia, but I guess the entirety of the new domain will have to remain secret long after the Player's Guide will have been released.

If the PGtRL will be released after June 23, could I suggest that the winner of the Best Fan-Made Domain could also be included? It could make for a good first prize
Also, do you plan to sever Kalidnay's ties to DS? Even as a long-time DS fan, I would prefer Kalidnay to be more of a RL domain and less of a DS city-state.

I'll see what I can do, although it might find its way into the appendix. True to the fact the Player's Guide will be released sometime in the Summer.

Kalidnay will continue to be the bastard son of two worlds (Athas and Ravenloft)

, but the only references to Athas in the entry will be the subtitle ("Dark Suns and Dragon Kings") and the language spoken (Athasian). Other than that no references to the Dark Sun setting will be included, and will retain its Ravenloft feel.
Personally, I see Kalidnay as a miniature version of the kingdom of Arrakeen in Frank Herbert's "Children of Dune," where Paul and Alia rule the desert planet.
See? That's Kalid-Ma's palace to the left, Thakok-An's palace to the right, and Kalidnay City all around!

Sweet! It even has the arena for gladiatorial games! Really like your interpretation...

Why is the Church of Yutow a Cult of Shadow?

Shall I write that chapter? - If it's not more than a page, I can do it.

Why is the Church of Yutow a Cult of Shadow?
As far as the summary of it goes in Gaz4, it's not really a religion that teaches hope and all that, so it's classified there.
Which reminds me:
Update May 18, 2007
The following cults have been added:
-The Ancestral Choir (in Cults of Light)
-Erlin (in Cults of Shadow)

Update:
The entry "Planes and the Realms Outside" has been added, detailing how Ravenloft fits in the greater universe.
And yes, there will be an Eberron reference.

Hmmm... It'll be interesting to see what you come up with for this. The world of Eberron is not directly connected to the core D&D cosmology [as Keith Baker has said]. Thus, the Great Wheel is an entirely different cosmological framework to that which was presented in the Eberron Campaign Setting.
If there is to be a connection between the two settings... it may have to involve Sigil, since the City of Doors, according to Rich Baker, occupies it's own separate planar environment in the Great Wheel [in 3e] and could, theoretically, allow travellers from other settings to crossover into the Great Wheel.
