GameMastery: Item and Treasure Cards by Paizo

I think one of the best game add-ons in a long while has been Paizo's Item and Treasure cards.

I think handing out "real" treasure when a special item comes along adds a lot of visceral value to the game . I'd love to see a Halloween release of darker gothic horror items (stakes, garlic, holy water, wolvesbane, cursed items, dark tomes, silver bullets, etc.)

The only thing I think would make the item/treasure card concept even better is the abandonment of random assortments and selling fixed-content packages of cards.

As the item cards and the like are special order at ALL game stores in my city, I only buy the non-random starter decks because I don't want to order a box of booster packs. Even if I had access to the booster packs, I wouldn't buy them because not knowing what's inside isn't useful for me. (Although the art is wonderful, I don't chase the cards down for a collection. I buy the specifically for game use.)

Does anyone here use these ? Does anyone have any special uses for these cards or use them in an interesting way ?
