There is a GURPS pdf out there called Magic Styles that can help you with your teleport/knot problem. Essentially it assists you in creating tiers of prerequisites and populating those tiers with the spells that you feel are particularly Vistani in nature. Beep bop boom, you have a new style of magic with all that good gypsy flavour.

I'm sorry to see that you are no longer over at SJ Games forum. I've enjoyed following your work there (and pleased to see it continue here).

What types of monsters c/would work in a gurps type of ravenloft?
