Search 13, quickly looking about the looking for other clues.

Where are Goran and Julian?

Is anybody going to investigate the flute music down the hall?
Not by myself. Flutes are dangerous in this game.

Since I and therefore Sebastian were under the impression that someone else would look after Harold while he attended Phebe, I'm pretty sure that no one has actually checked to see if the old man is still alive. Or pulled up his trousers. Just FYI.

My character would have checked out Harold if no one else has done so, as per my earlier post.

Does Tristan know that Harold is dead? If so, I'll delete or edit my most recent post.

Well, maybe Julian will check it out.

Maybe you should learn how to be every where at once. Might make things go faster :P

Yeah Julian will go check out Nursery... Its okay to be afraid..

I've edited my posts for consistency and pacing. My stated actions were to check for a fire, and then check Harold and Miss Phoebe. Sebastian helped by checking Miss Phoebe, but Zach has posted that Sebastian didn't check Harold. Thus, I imagine that my PC would only have had time to check Harold and notice the sulfur piles/sniff the air. Not much time for talking. I (Ewan the player, not Tristan the PC) have assumed that Harold is, in fact, dead. If that is not right, I'm sure the DM will correct me. Tristan would have checked his pulse and breathing(and, yes, he does have a bonus to the Heal skill).

Since it appears that Harold seems to be trapped in a Schrödinger's cat paradox, then by checking for a pulse; causing the waveforms to collapse, could Tristan accidentally kill Harold?

Huh. I thought we were playing in Borca, but it seems we've somehow wound up on Rokkenjima, instead... :P

It's easier to be brave when Cure spells are close at hand. :D
