Nope.

Ehmm...guys Sara is from Richmulot. I thought someone should be from RL to explain you how are things etc.

I don't know if we will start from there or mists will arise the 1st moment Sara steps out of her house and get her lol.

I thought people from Ravenloft mostly weren't aware how things actually are either?

If you mean the darklords, dark powers, etc- yes, people mostly know little or nothing about such things. Those are secrets.

What I mean is this: our PCs have never even heard of 'The Land of Mists.' We don't know the languages [though we may get a 'transfer effect', or maybe discover that one of the local tongues , like Vaasi, is close to Faerunian Common], the gods, the customs, unique hazards, etc. We are clueless outlanders, lost in a strange new world.

Van's PC could be a useful local guide for mundane things. It's good to have one local with us, I suppose.

I presume that she went with a Ravenloft native to justify those pistols [ didn't want to be a Lantanese girl, off one of the ships in the bay! ].

It will make party interaction tricky if we don't share a language...

Sara has also geography and RL knowledge as skill so she knows some more things about RL. Not darklords of course, but guess she will be good tourist guide!

I chose Richmulot not for the guns, just because wanted to be from there, thinking exatly that a local might be useful. I chose Richmulot because I like the domain lol.

I'll put Vasi as language so we will not have communication problem.

Raf, have great time in Spain and not be a stranger! Come to say hi when you can :)

I'm not sure Vasi is widely spoken in the realms...

How's your Chondathan? Or Calishite?

We might have some chance with Elven...
