A stitch in Souragne - OOC
Re: A stitch in Souragne - OOC
Well, I'm not imagining good things for Misroi's wishes, but where do the others fall in? It seems rather a thing to be done in twos.

Not necessarily! lol
Well perhaps he expected all of you to be blind. Zumba might be ruining part of his fun having avoided such but that might be a good thing. I don't know what is to be done with it because Orda really is not going to pick up on subtle clues but that might be for the best.
She also really has never danced and not being a native speaker or invited to many places that dancing could have happened she just never learned the word.
I guess someone is going to have to show her how to dance or clear up what is really going on in the conversation.
The former might be hard depending on who she has to dance with but she is trying her best to resist her frustration and fear with the whole thing.
The latter might however finally make her angry enough to react which might be bad.
A third option might be to steer the conversation away from such!
I am waiting to see how it all plays out!!!

And the Dance of the Dead, precisely, did not end well, if I remember. Not for the dancer, at least.
AG, when I saw your first line as response to my post, I chuckled... I thought you were thinking of something else but dancing too

Rock: I have read it as well. Orda has not though so I just let it go by for her. But yes I did wonder if dancing was going to lead to the parties demise.
Ail: Well Orda is the one with a bad sense motive... Mine is a little better so I have to suspect that a bit! And your comment did set it all up!

A long time ago, but I recall enjoying the book quite a bit. Yeah, "dancing" is not necessarily a pleasant thing in Souragne.

Yes, it is. And as I have finished the competition with 55000+ words... I am ready to resume. ^^; Sorry for the delay.

Re: A stitch in Souragne - OOC
Well it is the new year... Is everybody still alive and well?
I am sure you are all fine... Just been wondering a bit! Anyways with the game pausing as it has I just thought I should check in. Been curious how everyone else is doing and what is going on. I still talk to Ail and Tarlyn in my other game but Ken and Rock tend to vanish every now and then so seeing as it was last year since I tried to post on this thread I figured I should.
I have been a bit busy with trying to take care of life and such. Mostly just money and personal stuff. Been writing and drawing a bit. Talking to my husband and otherwise been keeping busy. Slept through new years this year. Too much snow to go out and was really comfy in bed that night.
Been otherwise online.
Hope to hear from you guys soon!
