Tristan enters the room. He casts a quick glance about and sniffs the air. If there appears to be no fire, he will pause to check both Harold and Miss Phoebe.
Delight is to him- a far, far upward, and inward delight- who against the proud gods and commodores of this earth, ever stands forth his own inexorable self.

Sebastian follows right on Tristan's heels, he too notices Harold and Phebe. "By Ezra, what happened here?"

After following Tristan to Phoebes room Tahl takes in the scene of her room he moves to block off the intrusion of nosy servants and/or other persons that don't need to see this . He goes to the door and closes it then blocks it off with his body until the room has been secured by Tristan .

UPSTAIRS-

The flute music does not cease seeming to come from the opposite end of the second floor near the nursery.

Tristan sniffs the air and can detect the faint aroma of sulfur. He glances to the floor and finds three small piles of the stuff.

Roderigo along with the house fool Tuke arrive in the doorway behind the party. Saverio ambles slowly behind.

While Sebastian attends to Miss Phoebe, Tristan checks Harold.

''Dead! May the Righteous Judges show him mercy."

If the old man's body is partly naked, Tristan quickly covers him.

He looks up as the others appear in the doorway. He spots Tuke as the fool tries to peek in past Tahl, who blocks the door. Tristan barks out a quick command to the half-man,

''Tuke, go find Goran right now. Tell him I need his help."

Tristan adds-
''I hear music from the direction of the nursery. Someone should check that out, now. "

"Miss Phebe is unconscious but unharmed. As for the blood, I am pretty sure it is from her...errrm 'time of the month'. And as for whoever goes to check the nursery, do NOT go alone. I know from experience that music is harmful. In fact, I would recommend that we stuff our ears to protect our hearing." says Sebastain as he gently picks up Miss Phebe. "I don't suppose that Anga could tend to Miss Phebe?"

Julian followed shortly behind his grandfather and uncle. He however continues on to the nursery to investigate there.
History prefers legends to men. It prefers nobility to brutality, soaring speeches to quiet deeds. History remembers the battle and forgets the blood. What ever history remembers of me if it remembers me at all, it shall only be the fraction of the truth.

The door to the nursery is closed but Julian can hear the flute music from within, strong and terrible-the tune sounds like the crying of a child.

IN THE GREENHOUSE
The woodsman catches the sideways glance of Tristan, though does not seem to answer in a similar way. Perhaps there is unease in Goran at the sight of Saverio.

IN THE HOUSE
Goran remains silent in the presence of his grandfather and follows briskly behind them as they return to the house. Charging shortly behind his pious cousin, Goran springs to the top step at the second floor landing as Julian reaches the nursery's heavy wooden portal. The shrill of the melodious pipe forces a moment of pause...

...He steps cautiously towards the door to join Julian. "Tristan. Tahl. Sebastien." He shouts, attempting to trump the flute, "Where are you?"

"Have you tried the door Julian? Are they inside?" He questions of his cousin.

From within Phoebe's room, Tristan calls out-

'' I'm in here, Goran. "

Tahl nods at Goran and steps aside to let him into Phoebe's room where Tristan is looking around for clues if Goran moves to going into the room .

Tristan motions for Goran to enter.

He waves his right hand at the supine, bloody figure of Harold. near the doorway. He waves again at the unconcious Miss Pheobe in her bloodstained gown.

''I need your help."
