Seem to be losing steam here, HMB. The last three weren't all that creepy (to me). The two smiling children was, though. Sort of how I imagine Toben the Many to look when "he" uses the bodies of children.

If anybody still has not seen the online animated cartoon "Salad Fingers", here's a link: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/178546

There are about 9 episodes and they are all fairly disturbing. They're the sort of thing a child might watch and think nothing of, but when an adult watches them, there are numerous things that cause a "WTF did I just watch!?" moment.

Wonderfully understated. A giant amongst the treetops.

More like nerves under heavy medication and a heart of ice I'm so cynical and jaded (ever see the South Park where Stan is diagnosed with cynicism? That's me to a T).

I find that Japan has no shortage of creepy dwellings and it is my duty to photograph these haunted houses.

I defy you to find a child that thinks nothing of that. "WTF did I just watch?" :)

What Necronomicon would that be? The original copy of the hentai movie Mystery of the Necronomicon? A copy of H. R. Giger's Necronomicon, which is a series of disturbing images? A copy of Necronomicon: The Best Weird Tales of H. P. Lovecraft: Commemorative Edition? It can't be the publisher, that's in America.

If we're talking the Necronomicon as it's supposed to exist in H. P. Lovecraft's stories, it doesn't exist and never did. It's a literary tool, not a real object or tome.

The literary tool used by folks trying to be funny by referencing a mythical work that is associated with all manners of things dark, weird, and dangerous.

This said, that's still one spooky building. But on the upside it has a hole in the wall bar on the first floor.
