I dream of Ghastrian adventures.

The epliogue thread is forthcoming.
Delight is to him- a far, far upward, and inward delight- who against the proud gods and commodores of this earth, ever stands forth his own inexorable self.

Hmmm. The rest of us do know Thom and Petrie are currently stuck on Ghastria, right? How about an extension where we go over with whatever means we can get our hands on to save them? :P Kidding, kiding... Unless you'll actually do it. ;)

I'd do it if I were able, but I'm not able.

Ghastria is actually a place that never held any charm for me.

A pity Thom and Petrie never managed to make it back to us during the endgame. But at least they got to kick butt. ;)

So Primeiro...
VIEW CONTENT:
is D'Polarno's flesh-and-blood son?! I never saw it coming. Did he have a mission to sabotage Sancerre so property of everything he had done would revert to Ghastria?
I don't recall whether we ever heard what the canine-faced thing was, that attacked Juergen. His new career... suits him admirably, but I don't doubt it will lead him to many more a Powers check. :(

As for the girl in the painting - is that the girl who Dodds molested, causing his banishment and eventual lynching?

And I take it that he was D'Polarno's man, in the end.

Ewan, I've done one page of chapter 5. It is in PDF, I'm sure you can read that. How can I send it to you, to see if you like?

OOC notice-

The abbot's scepter was consumed in restoring Everline to full power (if not quite full sanity). It's just crumbled bits of wood now.

Certain minor mysteries remain.

Rock has expressed interest in a follow-on RP thread of some kind, like extended epilogues.

I can't run anything like that, not now. Without a DM, it's not really an RPG thread.

I suggest , though, that you post it in FanFic as 'Further adventures of the Gauntcliff Ghost-breakers' or something like that. This will then become para-canonical material for the game. If Ken wants to post Primerio's letters, or Rock wants a 'restoration scene', go ahead and put that stuff there.

Whatever seems reasonable, useful, and fun may get worked into a future campaign. Things that just don't work may be explained away as 'dreams, lies, tall-tales' etc. Please don't write a lot of stuff with established NPCs, like Sancerre.

NO XP will be assigned for posts made there.

Yikes, that painting! I'd burn it for sure, first thing after opening it!

Hey, I'm no pyro, and I'd toss it on a fire lit with consecrated oil.
