The OST of The Serpent and the Rainbow is an obvious one, but long OOP without an MP3 version.

I've seen Castlevania brought up, but want to go a step further and pitch two specific tracks.

In addition, "Pillared Corridor" from Super Castlevania IV has become the unofficial theme music of Dr. Rudolph van Richten for my group.
